Notifications Via Email:

All important updates, Live Call reminder emails, and notifications about new instructional videos added to your apprentice program library are sent out via email.

This means that if you EVER go more than two weeks without hearing from us, that something is wrong with our emails being delivered to your inbox. If this happens, PLEASE reach out to us to correct the issue right away - [email protected]. I want to make sure you get get all the notifications.

You can help us to make sure emails are delivered to your inbox by adding [email protected] to your address book in your email application, by whitelisting us, or by marking us as a VIP sender. Any or all of these things will make sure that our emails never end up in your spam or junk folders, or become undeliverable.

Paint From Life Community:
Aside from technical issues, the best way to contact us is by sending a private message in the Paint From Life Community platform.  

The primary portion of this program is the Live Zoom Calls which we will be holding EVERY OTHER Tuesday evening at 6:30 pm Eastern Standard Time. 

Live Call Reminder Emails: You will receive an email reminder on the Monday before each Live Call, and again on the Tuesday morning of the live call date, and again, 1 hour before we go live on zoom together. All of these emails will contain the links to join the zoom calls and additionally have phone numbers you may dial in from if you cannot use your desktop or mobile device with zoom. 

Live Call Calendar: If you would like to see the calendar of upcoming Live Call dates, you can find this in the Paint From Life Community in the private Apprentice spaces: 
* You will need to have created your community account in order to access this.

If you cannot make a Live Call, don’t worry! All the live calls will be recorded and added to your apprentice program library the day after the call, so you can watch / listen to the recording any time you want.

Downloading Zoom: These Live Calls are conducted on the Zoom platform which you can learn more about here: www.zoom.us - If you ever need help getting setup with zoom or if you have any questions or concerns about using the platform please don’t hesitate to reach out to us at: [email protected] for help / assistance.

We recommend downloading Zoom on your mobile or desktop device prior to the live call so that you will be able to easily join the call when the time comes.

As this is an ongoing monthly program, from today onward you will be charged monthly until you decide to cancel your apprentice program membership. Should you decide to cancel your membership you can do so easily through our online platform: 

• Simply login to the site by going to www.dustinneecestudio.com/login
• On the menu at the top of the screen click on “Account Settings”
• From the account settings page you will see the links to cancel membership, change payment method, or remove card on file.
• Alternatively you can send us a single email at: [email protected] and we will immediately cancel your membership, no questions asked.

*Important: If you decide to cancel your membership, you will no longer have access to any of the content within the apprentice program including pre-recorded videos. 

Payment Details:  We do not have direct access to your payment method, other than to cancel your membership, or issue individual refunds on payments. All payment processing is done directly through Stripe or Paypal, depending on whether you used a credit card directly, or chose to pay through paypal.

If the credit card you used expires, or paypal cannot collect payment, you will be sent an email letting you know, and asking you to update your payment method. Our system will automatically attempt to charge you three times before then cancelling your membership.

You will have access to all current and continuously added instructional videos and live call recordings for as long as you remain a paying member of the program. If you decide to cancel your apprentice program membership, you will no longer have access to the content. That is, unless you purchased any of the instructional videos separately, such as: “How To Prepare an Old Master Canvas.” In this case you will have access to that specific course content indefinitely, regardless of whether you continue your membership. 

The two platforms we use to bring you the Dustin Neece Studio Painting Apprentice Program are called Kajabi & Circle.so. Both of these platforms have created mobile apps that can be downloaded onto your phone or ipad so that you can access your Apprentice Program Library and the Paint From Life Community even faster and on the go.

When you download the app, all you have to do is login with your email and password and you will see your 'Dustin Neece Studio Painting Apprentice Program' Library, just as it appears when you login on a computer.

Circle.so - This is the platform used to host the Paint From Life Community

*Please Note: this app is still in production so you might notice you can't do everything on the app version that you can do via the desktop version.

  Unfortunately, for right now, this app only exists for apple products. We will let you know when this changes. You can still access the community on your tablets and mobile devices via the internet. 

When you download the app, all you have to do is login with your email and password and you will have access to the Paint From Life Community. To access the menu of different spaces within the community (including the private Apprentice Spaces) platform just hit the home icon. 

Trouble logging in to your apprentice program library?

If you are having trouble logging in to your apprentice program library, or you forgot your password, you can follow the instructions below to create a new password:

1. In an internet browser go to www.dustinneecestudio.com/login

2. On this log in page click the link to create a new password. (You will find this link below the Sign In button.)

3. You will then receive an email with a link to create a new password and log back in to your account. 

Trouble logging in to the Paint From Life Community?

If you are having trouble logging in or you forgot your password to the Paint From Life Community on circle.so you can follow the instructions below to create a new password. 

1. In an internet browser go to https://login.circle.so/sign_in

2. On the log in page click the "forgot your password?" link. (You can find this below the sign in options)

3. You will receive an email to create a new password.

No, although the more you put into the program, the more you will get out of it. 

No, there are no deadlines. Feel free to complete the exercises at your own pace. We like to think of the apprentice program recorded lessons as a library of resources and practices that you can utilize as you like to grow your skills as an artist. 

You are welcome to jump around between the various sections in your Apprentice Program Library (such as "How to Prepare An Old Master Canvas" or "Painting With Confidence and Clarity"), though the content within each section has been uploaded in a specific order and we recommend going through it in that order.
